Webinar: The SEC's Regulation SK, and What It Means for Impact Investors

Thursday, July 14th | 10am PST/1pm EST

Until July 21, the SEC is taking comments about Regulation SK, which articulates the reporting requirements for public companies’ filings with the SEC. The ongoing conversation is about broadening the definition of materiality, which would have significant consequences for ESG and impact disclosure in public companies' financial statements. Moderated by Steven Godeke (Jessie Smith Noyes Foundation), this webinar will help members understand the different perspectives at play and why it’s critical to bring the voices of impact investors into the SEC’s process. We’ll conclude the discussion by suggesting concrete opportunities for Confluence members to make their perspectives heard by the SEC in time before the July 21 deadline.

SPEAKERS:

  • Steven Godeke, Godeke Consulting & Jessie Smith Noyes Foundation (Moderator)
  • Janine Guillot, Director of Capital Markets Outreach and Policy, SASB
  • Adam Kanzer, Managing Director, Domini Social Investments
  • Mindy Lubber, President & CEO, Ceres

Please contact Josh Ente with any questions.
