Are you interested in practical learning about investable opportunities with other Confluence Members in a safe, private meeting space?
Join us for the latest installment in our Exploration Webinar series, featuring the Rainmakers Investment Collaborative (RIC). Developed to address the lack of investment in tribal communities, RIC is a collaborative program-related investment initiative that brings sustainable development, affordable housing, and capital for agricultural investing to Native communities in the Southwest. Founding RIC members - Santa Fe Community Foundation, The Christensen Fund and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation – cumulatively invested $2.5 million to launch the initiative in Spring 2017 with the goal of investing a total of $5 million by 2019.
RIC leaders will present their overall mission, outline the investment structure, and share the most recent deal that supports Native entrepreneurship and community health on the Zuni pueblo.
Speakers:
Dave Castillo, CEO, Native Capital Access
Juanita Hallstrom, Assistant Director, Lending and Housing, Rural Community Assistance Corporation
