Please join Confluence Philanthropy for a funder-only joint Learning Retreat with our Mission Fish & Water Investors Working Groups in beautiful La Jolla, California. This full-day program will discuss water sustainability and mission-related investing in the first-half of the day, and continue with an integration of water and sustainable fisheries themes in the afternoon. The agenda is still in development, but some topics for discussion include investment strategies to address the drought in California, creating meaningful ecosystems metrics, and the differences between an ESG and an ecosystems approach to investment. The retreat will emphasize collaborative learning and engagement with an ecosystems approach to creating impact in both water and fisheries.
We hope to see you in La Jolla for this great opportunity to collaborate and learn together!
