Stacey Faella is dedicated to working toward a more just and sustainable world through philanthropy and impact investing. She has over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit and philanthropy sectors working on a variety of causes including gender and racial equity, food systems transformation, inclusive economic development, biodiversity and climate change, and democracy.
As Executive Director of the Woodcock Foundation, Stacey oversees the foundation’s programs and operations, builds relationships to foster collaboration in philanthropy, and supports the foundation’s efforts to strengthen grantee resilience. Stacey believes in total portfolio management to maximize impact and works closely with the foundation's investment advisors to advance an objective of 100% mission alignment. She has led the development of a catalytic capital asset allocation, comprised of impact-first investments, to drive impact aligned with the foundation’s grantmaking strategy. Stacey also serves on the board of Spark Microgrants and previously served on the Board of the League of Women Voters of New Jersey.
Stacey is a member of Confluence Philanthropy’s Board of Directors and serves as its Treasurer.
