Leane Romeo, Executive Producer
Leane’s event production career began at Ron Delsener Enterprises, where she gained experience in concert booking and promoting at venues including Madison Square Garden, Jones Beach Theatre, Beacon Theatre, and The Pier. Leane was with Overland Entertainment when it opened its doors. She became Vice President and General Manager in 1995, and assumed the role of President and Owner in 2004. Under Leane’s leadership, and with her hands-on approach, Overland Entertainment has become an industry specialist in event production. She has formed an innovative, creative and experienced team of event professionals. Together they have produced events in the U.S. as well as London, Paris, Rome, Vienna, Barcelona, Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur, Mexico, Beijing, Vancouver, and Sydney. Leane works closely with clients on every facet of their event production and management. She has consistently proven to be an innovative executive producer who effortlessly and confidently creates spectacular events. Leane is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and resides in Manhattan where Overland’s offices are located.
Will Cohen, Producer
Will has been a proud member of the Overland team since 2016. He is a graduate of New York University’s Steinhardt School, and has worked extensively in Arts and Entertainment since moving to NYC in 2002. Will has played a key role on Overland’s producing team for notable events including The New Yorker Festival, Tribeca Festival, The US Open, Vegas Uncork’d and the Glamour Women of the Year Awards to name a few. His work with Confluence Philanthropy started in 2020 when Overland was awarded the opportunity to produce the very first virtual 2020 Advisors Forum & Climate Solutions Summit. With multiple successful events throughout the last 2 years, Will and the Overland team were humbled to join the Confluence Team again for the 12th Annual Practitioners Gathering.
