Ashden Awards

Join our partners at Ashden online for a dose of climate inspiration and motivation at their first ever virtual Ashden Awards

The global pandemic has shown that governments, and all of us, can change at scale and speed where needed. Now it’s time to clean up our act on climate change, to roll up our sleeves and get our hands dirty while restarting our battered economies and ensuring that we build back better.

This year’s Ashden finalists give us the building blocks we need to ensure a green recovery, and a just transition, for people and planet.

Hosted by Julia Bradbury and with contributions from:

  • Sharan Burrow, General Secretary of the International Trade Union Confederation
  • Zamzam Ibrahim, President of the NUS
  • Poet Fakaya Fetuga

The finalists will be with us virtually from across the world to tell their incredible stories. So put it in your diary and join us on YouTube on 2 July at 3pm BST/7am PST to find out who the winners are.
