The quarterly Sector Inspector calls are designed to bring a small group of values-aligned investors together to dig into the “why, how and what now” of a specific sector, industry or community. The theme of this call will be Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs).
This call, facilitated by Tim Freundlich, CEO of Impact Assets, will allow participants to discuss the opportunities and challenges of using DAFs among peers in the field. As the DAF market swells to represent a significant portion of philanthropic giving, we need to work together to strategize around the associated opportunities and risks.
This discussion will be a virtual round table where all attendees are encouraged to share their work. We aim for the Sector Inspector calls to be a safe space for our members to openly discuss their work, and therefore, no recordings of the call would be made available to non-participants.
We welcome the participation of Confluence member investors who are actively using DAFs, or in advanced stages of planning to use them, to participate on this call. If you are interested in joining this conversation, please email register@confluencephilanthropy.org.
