Are you Banking on Climate Catastrophe?

In this new virtual era, Confluence and our partners continue to pioneer new pathways to gather together. Please join us on Clubhouse, a new social media platform and dynamic conversation space. This interactive discussion will examine the role of banks and how they continue to fuel the climate crisis by increased lending to the fossil fuel industry, despite aspirations to the contrary. We will also discuss the relationship between the fossil fuel industry and bank lending, the activist roles that can be played by institutional investors and retail investors alike, and the roles that banks can play to build carbon markets. Spirited discussion is welcome!

If you already have the Clubhouse app and an account simply join us at the link below on May 17th, 12:00pm-1:30pm EST, and listen in on the conversation.
